A top journalist and blogger, Chris Kehinde-Nwandu posted this photo showing two men who stole goats being beaten, stri.pped na.ked and paraded around a town in one of the South Eastern states of the country while those who steal the nations common wealth running into billions of dollars are still walking free, living larger than large lives, with some of them given traditional titles and treated like royalty.
